Parts Support Specialist

Job Description

Parts Support Specialist process of all aircraft maintenance clients account. This position will have the responsibility to manage day-to-day projects, and analysis while maintain strong relationship with vendors, Aviation Department, Government agencies, clients and team members. These responsibilities must be directed continuously toward maintaining exceptional service to the clients and provide timely deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside providing support daily operations to provide objectives and strategies applied to overall end user.

  • Research, plan and execute management performance reporting monthly

  • Provide internal and promptly communication which insight information affects aircraft projects

  • Train accordingly to all products and services this will allow proficiency to serve customers;

  • Study and understand the FAA, Federal Aviation Administration.

  • Become familiar with Business Aviation Associations, FBO, Fixed Based Operations, and Airports in Florida.

  • Comply with daily schedule, Monday to Friday. Extended hours might apply due to changes in management projects or particular situations.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Aviation, Business Administration, or equivalent

  • 1+ years aviation business

  • Demonstrated Presentation and writing skills

  • Experience negotiating with suppliers

  • Proficiency with MS: Office programs
